  • Design HR policies: Design human resources policies and processes to support changing environmental factors and organizational goals.
  • Evaluate employee relations: Evaluate employee relations in union and nonunion organizations. 
  • Assess performance: Assess employee performance at the individual, group, and organization levels. 
  • Create marketing plans: Create a full-scale marketing plan for a product or service, identifying and selecting appropriate target market segments, pricing, distribution and marketing communications.
  • Promote services: Select marketing communications, such as advertising and digital marketing, to promote an offering based on the nature of the product/service and the target market for that product/ service.
